Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar, who also holds Finance portfolio, presented the state annual budget of Rs 19,548.69 crore for the year 2019-20 as against Rs 17,123.28 crore for the year 2018-19, representing an increase of 14.16 percent over last year.
